Electricity projects

Hello everyone!

Unit 7 Electricity will be evaluated by the elaboration a project in groups.

The project consists on elaborating an original object/machine in which you include the electric circuits learnt in class.

The project will be done in class but you must bring your own materials. The final result, the elaboration, group work, originality and materials will count for the mark of the project which is individual.

We will start next Monday 4th of June so get ready!

Cell membrane
Controls what comes in and out the cell.

Cell wall
Gives a shape to the cell and protects it.

Nucleus
Controls all celular processes. Contains genetic information (DNA).

Vacuole
Stores materials needed by the cell.

Chloroplast
Absorbs energy from sunlight and uses it to carry out photosynthesis. 
Contains chlorophyll.

Mitochondria
Produces energy for the cell. 

Cytoplasm
It is the liquid inside the cell where organelles float.
